Mechanical Engineer (Modular Buildings)
We’re seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a fast‑growing modular‑building manufacturer in Henderson, NV. You’ll design and coordinate HVAC, mechanical, and building systems inside modular units, working closely with designers, fabricators, and installation teams to deliver build‑ready, efficient, repeatable systems.

What You’ll Do
- Design HVAC/VRF, mechanical, and building systems for modular units
- Develop coordinated construction documents using Autodesk Revit
- Integrate MEP systems into modular building layouts
- Support fabrication and installation teams with technical guidance
- Participate in design reviews and QA checks
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system efficiency and repeatability
🎓 What You Bring
- 5–10+ years of mechanical building‑systems design
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with commercial, multifamily, industrial, or modular/prefab projects
- Mechanical PE (or ability to obtain)
