Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term technology vision, platform architecture and 3–5+ year roadmap aligned to enterprise goals.
- Lead digital transformation efforts including OTT streaming, direct-to-consumer platforms and cloud migrations.
- Oversee product development life cycle from concept to release, leveraging primarily external development partners.
- Drive vendor and partner strategy (cloud providers, broadcast partners) to optimize costs and performance.
- Manage IT budgets, KPIs and governance to ensure efficient operations and measurable technology outcomes.
- Supervise infrastructure, security and operations to ensure reliability, scalability and compliance.
- Integrate data analytics, performance tracking and wearable tech to support player safety and business insights.
- Serve as an internal and external evangelist with stakeholders including customers, partners and investors.
- Build and mentor high-performing technology teams and foster a culture of product-focused delivery.
- Monitor competitive and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities for expansion.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (required)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or equivalent experience (preferred)
