Responsibilities
- Lead pricing efforts for RFPs, RFQs, ROMs and white papers with FAR/DFARS compliance
- Develop, review and validate labor, subcontract, ODC and material cost estimates
- Build and maintain custom Excel-based pricing and cost models
- Prepare and present cost proposals, analyses and rate studies to leadership and customers
- Coordinate with Contracts, Engineering, Operations and Program Management to collect BOEs and historical data
- Support customer audits, fact-finding, TINA/FAR inquiries and negotiation activities
- Identify price/cost risks and apply appropriate adjustments to estimates
- Create and administer pricing databases and ensure implementation across the enterprise
- Perform financial modeling including cash flow, NPV and IRR analyses for major proposals
- Ensure proposal deliverables meet internal quality standards and submission timelines
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline (required)
- Master’s in Business/Accounting/Finance or related (preferred)
