Job Details:
Must be onsite on Tuesday mornings (7am – 9am) to support the department’s grand rounds weekly seminars.
Purpose
Support Neurology Department initiatives and projects
Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for the weekly grand rounds seminar series on Tuesday mornings from 7am – 9am at Health Discovery Building
Assist with event planning for recurring department-wide events
Provide administrative support for ongoing department projects
Must be a current UT Austin undergraduate student
Experience with Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom hosting, Adobe and Excel
$18.00 per hour
