- Trial Attorney (Personal Injury)
- Workers’ Compensation Attorney

What You’ll Do
- Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements
- Prepare cases for trial, including:
- Depositions
- Hearings
- Witness coordination
- Exhibit preparation
- Deliver exceptional, compassionate client service
What You Bring
- Admitted Attorney (New Jersey Bar required)
- Experience in Personal Injury or Workers’ Compensation
- Trial experience (essential for Trial Attorney role)
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision
- A results-driven, high-energy mindset
