Skills
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production platform experience
- Experience with agentic coding tools and building internal agents
- Proficiency in one or more of: Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Java
- Experience building workflow automation, CLIs, GitHub automation, or cloud automation
- Ability to design guardrails and evaluation approaches for safe tool adoption
- Experience working cross-functionally and translating non-developer needs into solutions
- Data-informed decision making and measurement of impact
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal engineering tooling to improve developer flow and reduce friction.
- Design, develop, and operate internally facing AI agents and the internal agent platform.
- Provide guidance, automation, and best practices to support adoption of agentic coding tools.
- Implement developer workflows, guardrails, evaluation approaches, and documentation to enable safe tool adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and G&A to identify opportunities for AI to accelerate work and improve outcomes.
- Create measurement and feedback loops (usage, reliability, cost, cycle time) to quantify impact and drive iteration.
- Own documentation, enablement materials, and participate in on-call rotation to support internal users.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Or equivalent practical industry experience
- No strict degree requirement; demonstrated experience valued
