Salesforce BA/Admin – Sales Cloud & Agentforce (Contract)
Skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce administration in Sales Cloud
- Experience with Flow Builder, custom objects/fields, validation rules, and page layouts
- Proven reporting and dashboard skills including cross-object reports and summary formulas
- Hands-on Agentforce experience building and deploying AI agents in Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with Einstein features (Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, Activity Capture)
- Sandbox management, change sets, and deployment experience
- Experience working with prompt templates, agent actions, and grounding data
- Ability to translate technical constraints into business-friendly language
- Availability to work US CST/EST time zones
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales ops, sales leadership, and operations to elicit, document, and prioritize Salesforce requirements
- Translate business processes into Salesforce configurations, flows, and data models
- Facilitate requirements workshops and write user stories with acceptance criteria
- Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration: users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security
- Configure Sales Cloud objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation
- Build and maintain Flows, process builder logic, and approval processes
- Manage sandboxes, change sets, and deployments across environments
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline, activity, conversion, and forecasting
- Configure and deploy Agentforce AI agents, prompt templates, and grounding data
- Enable and tune Einstein features (Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, Activity Capture)
- Evaluate AppExchange packages and manage managed package installations
- Maintain platform documentation, data dictionary, and release notes
- Flag declarative limits and coordinate handoffs to developers when needed
- Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred
