VP of Global Sales BFSI

Our client is an industry leading call center/BPO and integrated Digital Transformation solutions provider. Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Business Development with expertise in cultivating new business opportunities within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic relationship building, effective communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs. As the VP of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, maximizing customer lifetime value, and driving sustainable business growth.

Experience You Bring:

  • 10+ years of enterprise BFSI sales experience within financial services BPO, CX outsourcing, fintech-enabled services, or digital transformation environments
  • Proven success closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar net-new BFSI deals
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance ecosystem, including retail banking, commercial banking, credit unions, capital markets, fintech, payments, and insurance carriers
  • Experience selling within highly regulated environments, including compliance with GLBA, PCI-DSS, SOX, FFIEC, and other financial regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to sell global delivery models (onshore, nearshore, offshore) with a strong understanding of cost, risk, and compliance considerations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders, including CROs, COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, and Heads of CX

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the global BFSI sales strategy, driving net-new enterprise logo acquisition and long-term revenue growth
  • Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle — from strategic prospecting and pipeline development through deal structuring, negotiation, and close
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key BFSI decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Translate complex financial services operational needs into tailored BPO, CX, digital transformation, fraud, collections, lending support, claims processing, and back-office solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with solution design, pricing, operations, legal, and compliance teams to deliver competitive, compliant proposals aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and scale BFSI-focused sales teams (direct and/or matrixed as applicable)
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, financial services forums, and executive client engagements
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets tied to net-new logo acquisition

  • Experience selling CX transformation, digital banking solutions, automation, AI, analytics, fraud prevention, lending operations, or insurance support services
  • Established network of BFSI buyers and executive influencers across banks, insurers, fintechs, or financial platforms
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and complex stakeholder-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven mindset with strong pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones
