Corporate Development Manager

Stress-Free Auto Care is a fast-growing automotive services roll-up focused on honest, transparent, and convenient customer experiences. The Corporate Development Manager will drive acquisition sourcing, execution, and post-close integration to rapidly scale the business—combining financial analysis, operational project management, and hands-on execution to turn acquired shops into fully integrated, high-performing locations.

Skills

Strong financial modeling and business valuation skills
Experience managing multiple deals or projects simultaneously
Proven deal sourcing experience including outbound outreach or targeted campaigns
Project management skills for post-close integrations and store launches
Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of acquisition targets and track opportunities through each stage
Partner with internal/external scouts and support outbound outreach and marketing to generate deal flow
Analyze target financials and KPIs to support valuation, offer structure, and investment summaries
Manage deal execution from initial evaluation through close, coordinating with brokers, sellers, and legal
Lead post-close integration and store launch activities including branding, systems setup, and operational handoff
Track acquisition metrics and KPIs and continuously improve processes to increase speed and efficiency
Drive accountability across timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
Equivalent practical experience considered in lieu of degree
