Pros
This company does a lot of things right, pay transparency in job postings, great benefits. sharing information transparently with team members. I loved that the company encourages regular one on one coffee chats or "Fikas" with team members across the company. The culture is great, the work is exciting, and everyone on the team is really great at what they do.Cons
