Contract Manager

QGenda is a healthcare workforce management software company headquartered in Atlanta, serving thousands of healthcare organizations with a unified platform. The Contracts Manager will support the Legal and Compliance team by managing the full contract lifecycle for customer and vendor agreements, improving processes, and ensuring compliance and security across contracts.

Skills

Contract lifecycle management and drafting
Contract negotiation and redlining
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and CLM (Ironclad) systems
Experience with e-signature tools (DocuSign)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and sound judgment

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and finalize customer and vendor contracts
Negotiate contract terms and manage redlines on behalf of the company
Organize, track, and maintain agreements in CRM and CLM systems
Respond to contract-related inquiries from internal teams and customers
Develop and implement contract management processes and templates
Manage CLM workflows and repository organization
Maintain and update contract templates and related documentation
Support other legal and compliance tasks as needed

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Law-related certification or paralegal/legal operations training preferred
