Head of Creative

Power Digital is a tech-enabled growth marketing firm combining marketing, consulting, and data intelligence to drive revenue and brand recognition for clients worldwide. They are seeking a senior, performance-oriented Head of Creative to own and scale creative strategy, production, and measurement—building a best-in-class creative organization that tightly integrates with paid media, data, and product to drive measurable client outcomes.

Skills

  • Proven creative leadership in performance-driven environments
  • Deep understanding of how creative affects CPA, ROAS, LTV and incrementality
  • Experience building scalable, modular production systems
  • Strong data fluency: translating analytics and testing into creative decisions
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools, DCO, and automation workflows
  • Operational rigor in budgeting, pricing, and margin management
  • Executive communication and client-facing experience

Responsibilities

  • Own global creative strategy across paid social, YouTube, display, CTV, retail media, and emerging channels.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable creative direction in partnership with Paid Media and Data teams.
  • Define and enforce creative testing frameworks, iteration cadence, and channel-specific best practices.
  • Design and scale modular creative systems for high-volume production while preserving quality and brand storytelling.
  • Lead Creative R&D including AI-driven creative, automation, and emerging formats.
  • Build, coach, and structure a high-performing creative team with clear leveling and career paths.
  • Own creative profitability, resourcing efficiency, pricing, and contribution margin.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure creative impact and operational efficiency.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, design, communications, or related field preferred
  • Continued professional development in creative leadership, performance marketing, or data-driven advertising is advantageous
