We’re looking for a Site Merchandising Intern to join Poshmark’s Merchandising team at an exciting moment for the brand. You’ll help bring Poshmark’s shopping experience to life across campaigns, content, and key cultural moments, contributing to work seen by millions of shoppers and sellers.
Working closely with teams across Creative, Social, Marketing, and Community, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how merchandising strategy turns into delightful discovery experiences and data-driven, targeted shopping opportunities on the platform. This is a unique opportunity to build, learn, and make an impact at the intersection of fashion, resale, and culture.
Support the planning and execution of site merchandising campaigns, seasonal, and cultural moments
Contribute to the development of merchandising materials, including image curation and trend reports
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Social, Marketing, and Community to bring the Poshmark shopping experience in the product to life
Explore trends, cultural moments, and new tools (including AI) to inspire and evolve how we show up as style & shopping destination
Strong interest in site merchandising and organizing data and creative insights into shopper-focused opportunities in the product
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects
Willingness to take initiative, share ideas, and learn through feedback
A point of view on trends, content, or brands you admire
Nice to have: Experience with social media, content creation, or marketing projects (academic, internship, or extracurricular)

Demonstrated interest in Poshmark’s mission, community, or industry
Current or rising senior enrolled in an accredited university, or recent college graduate
Seniors should expect to graduate between Fall 2026 and Summer 2027
Strong communication, collaboration, and curiosity
Available to work a M-F 5-day work schedule between 8am-5pm
Willing to commute 5x per week to PMHQ in Redwood City, CA
