The Role: We are looking for a scrappy, highly technical, and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our Go-To-Market efforts in North America. You will be the first marketing hire in the US, acting as a "Player-Coach." You will define our local narrative, drive developer adoption (PLG), and bridge the gap between our North American users and our global engineering/marketing teams.
What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):
GTM & Growth Strategy: Own the North American marketing strategy. Drive user acquisition for our GPU instances and LLM APIs through PLG, SEO, content, and community-led growth.
Developer Relations (DevRel): Be the voice of our company in the AI community. Engage with developers on Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and Hacker News. Sponsor and attend local AI hackathons and meetups.
Brand & Positioning: Translate our global technical capabilities into a compelling narrative tailored for Silicon Valley AI startups and developers.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with our global marketing and product teams (based in China) to leverage their resources (design, content generation, engineering) while ensuring all outputs meet the high standards of the US developer ecosystem.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or DevRel in the B2B SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or AI space.
Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem (LLMs, GPU compute, inference APIs) and what developers care about.
Hands-on executor: You are just as comfortable writing a technical blog post or a Twitter thread as you are designing a quarterly marketing strategy.
Experience working in an early-stage startup environment (Seed to Series B).
Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus for collaborating with our global HQ, but not strictly required if you have a proven track record of cross-cultural collaboration.
