Skills
- Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
- Practical experience developing or operating AI/LLM-powered systems in production.
- Working knowledge of agent toolkits: evaluation frameworks, orchestration tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work directly with customers and translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence both engineers and executives.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, prioritizing, and shipping under rapidly changing conditions.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy production-ready conversational and agentic AI systems for enterprise customers.
- Own the entire agent lifecycle: pilot, production launch, monitoring, evaluation, and iterative improvement.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise decision-makers to identify high-value use cases and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Design reusable agent frameworks and patterns tailored to industry-specific demands.
- Integrate and experiment with emerging voice and generative models for enterprise-grade deployments.
- Define evaluation, observability, and improvement processes for live AI agents and feed learnings into the product roadmap.
- Balance technical delivery with customer-facing responsibilities, driving alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in ML, AI, or related discipline is a plus but not required.
