- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Galileo AI).
- Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Uphold a high bar for design craft, strategic thinking, and execution across projects.
- Define mood, tone, look, and feel for new products and translate concepts into high-quality prototypes.
- Elevate visual design standards across consumer-facing apps, patient journeys, and other outputs.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and design trends.
- Present and communicate design rationale persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Design engaging interfaces balancing aesthetics and usability for web, mobile, and kiosk platforms.
- Develop visual identities and early-stage experiences from concept to polished artifacts.
- Create artifacts ranging from sketches to polished interfaces to illustrate possible futures.
Education
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, User Experience, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
