Position: Automotive BDC Representative for Mercedes-Benz

Location:Laguna Niguel, CA

 

Murgado Automotive Group is currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Automotive BDC Representative for our Mercedes-Benz store in Laguna Niguel to join our dynamic team. As a BDC Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments to drive business to our dealership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries from customers via phone, email, and online chat in a prompt and professional manner.

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.

Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to follow up on leads and schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle purchases.

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates.

Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.

Stay informed about our inventory, promotions, and dealership events to effectively communicate information to customers.

 

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone, email, and online chat.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions.

High level of motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for customers.

$60,000 - $100,000 a year
$60,000 - $100,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick) etc.
