The Marketing Specialist will support Envysion Growth Marketing Team in executing integrated campaigns by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of email programs, social media presence, and marketing operations. This includes optimizing lead flow, maintaining CRM data integrity, and delivering actionable performance analytics.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyze marketing data to provide optimization insights and recommendations
Collaborate with stakeholders on best-practice email creative, copy, and templates
Deliver automated weekly/monthly reports on engagement metrics and conversion trends
Social Media Management: Execute organic strategies, post scheduling, and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
Lead Management: Oversee inbound lifecycles, ensuring leads are captured, scored, and routed via Salesforce
Campaign Maintenance: Audit evergreen campaigns and workflows for accuracy and performance
Omnichannel Coordination: Maintain brand consistency across email, social, and landing pages
Hybrid Role: 2 days per week in the Westminster office
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years in B2B marketing using automation software and CRMs
2 years of experience in database segmentation and hygiene
1–2 years managing social accounts via tools like HubSpot or Sprout Social
Knowledge of lead lifecycles, MQL-to-SQL handoffs, and data hygiene
Ability to report on social metrics alongside email performance
Copywriting skills for adapting email content to social platforms
Experience with deliverability and health monitoring tools
Current with digital marketing trends and funnel optimization
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD
