Responsibilities
- Own and implement end-to-end instrumentation for MB3, including event taxonomy, tracking standards, and data quality
- Establish core metrics for Product, Marketing, and leadership (engagement, conversion, attribution, platform health)
- Define measurable success criteria, maintain migration scorecards, and support stage-gate decisions with adoption and performance data
- Identify performance gaps, quantify impact of product initiatives, and inform prioritization and roadmap decisions
- Write detailed dashboard requirements, partner with Data Engineering on data models, and validate reporting outputs for accuracy
- Design and refine attribution approaches across digital and physical touchpoints to improve visibility for internal teams and brand partners
- Translate business questions into measurement plans and ensure insights lead to action across Product, Marketing, and Business teams
- Audit existing data systems (Segment, Snowflake), close gaps, and establish scalable data standards and instrumentation practices
- Lead and mentor analytics practitioners and coordinate cross-functional analytics projects
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering) preferred
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD or MBA) is a plus but not required
