We’re looking for experienced production/graphic designers to join our freelance talent pool!
We are building out a roster of detail-oriented production designers to support one of the best firms in the do-gooder business. The right person for this freelance role is highly organized, fast, and precise — someone who excels at executing within established design systems, resizing assets, making edits, and preparing files for launch across digital channels. This role is less focused on developing original concepts and more focused on high-quality production, iteration, and scale.
This freelance role is approximately 10 hours a week (some months could be zero, other months could be much higher), and requires availability for last-minute projects and edits with tight turnarounds. The production/graphic designer would need to respond to inquiries within 24 hours and work in a timezone that overlaps with a timezone in the continental United States (PT, MT, CT, ET).
The fine print:
You must be working within the continental US and available in a timezone that overlaps with a timezone in the continental United States (PT, MT, CT, ET).
Because we review candidates on a rolling basis for freelance positions, we are only able to reach out to those who most closely match our current needs and will not be sending individual declination emails. The most qualified candidates will be signed to a trial freelance contract.
As a firm we are committed to being an anti-racist, equitable, and inclusive organization where all staff feel welcomed, valued, and empowered, resulting in meaningful, rewarding, and enriching experiences throughout their careers here. We work to center our anti-racism, equity, and inclusion (AEI) values in all aspects of our work, so our culture, clientele, policies, and practices are reflective and affirming of people -- inclusive of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, immigration status, citizenship status, and so much more. We strongly encourage folks from underrepresented backgrounds to apply.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
