Responsibilities
- Own and improve day-to-day workplace operations to ensure a welcoming, safe, and well-run office experience
- Serve as primary on-site point of contact for employee workplace needs and requests
- Plan and execute in-office experiences including team events, All Hands, and employee activations
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee facilities maintenance, safety, and compliance
- Triage and manage workplace requests through ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and ensure timely resolution
- Provide basic on-site workplace technology support and coordinate escalations with IT/network teams
- Partner with People, IT, Legal, and other teams to support onboarding, access, and workspace readiness
- Act as liaison between the Phoenix office and HQ to align on workplace initiatives and standards
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
