Savage X Fenty is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our growth marketing team, to support the Media team. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for executing data-driven strategies, optimizing ad spend, and continuously testing new approaches to maximize ROI.

This role reports to the Senior Paid Media Manager.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to refine SEM strategies.
Manage and optimize Search, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Leverage smart bidding strategies and automation tools to drive efficiency and scale.
Implement A/B testing to optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and landing page experiences.
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, etc.), identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad copy and landing page experiences.
Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches.
Stay up to date with SEM trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Monitor and manage the SEM budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
Leverage first-party data and audience segmentation to personalize ad messaging and improve conversion rates.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support brand storytelling through paid search strategies.
Support ad hoc initiatives and optimizations across smaller paid channels as needed to help meet overall performance goals.
Occasionally work flexible hours, including weekends, to support real-time optimizations.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Paid Search (SEM/PPC), preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Advertising, or a related field.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with Smart Bidding, Performance Max, Shopping Ads, and Audience Targeting strategies.
Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, SA360, or similar SEM management tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies effectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and passion for performance marketing and innovation.
Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $78,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
