Accountabilities
  • Define and evolve the brand across all markets and channels.
  • Own the full-funnel marketing strategy for member growth.
  • Design the marketing layer of the entire member journey.
  • Lead internal marketing for community events and gatherings.
  • Forge strategic partnerships to extend community reach.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary marketing team.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in high-growth, community-driven environments.
  • Deep understanding of experiential marketing.
  • Full command of modern marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships as a strategic growth lever.
