About Us

IPM has changed the way businesses achieve their goals. Every business has good ideas; but even the best ideas have no value if they cannot be brought to life.

Through our dedicated and talented family of professionals, IPM has helped more than 500 companies in multiple industries identify, plan, and execute their good ideas - more than 5,000 projects and counting. IPMers utilize process, discipline, and leadership to break down functional silos, engage stakeholders, and ensure that client initiatives are completed within budget, scope, and schedule.

IPM's unmatched standard of excellence, integrity, and caring is derived from its people – our most important asset. Driven by our fundamental values, IPMers enthusiastically work hard to develop a culture of caring while working with clients, as well as to sustain a culture of family within the workplace.

The IPM family consists of individuals with diverse backgrounds ranging from college graduates, to those with years of professional experience, to retired military officers. They have shaped a world-class working environment. Together, we are leaders within our profession.

Our Philosophy

Beyond the professional skills that our people hold, all IPMers embody our values: honesty, integrity, caring, respect, responsibility, excellence, humility, and spirituality.

IPM derives its competitive advantage from its values-driven, self-motivated, and highly skilled family of professionals that make our fundamental values real and effective, both internally and externally. It is the company’s intent to maximize job security in consideration of their commitment to IPM, therefore we do so by offering unparalleled benefits.

How Our Benefits Standout: IPM supports its workforce through an extensive range of benefits and services. IPM pays 100 percent of medical, short-term disability, and travel expenses for IPMers, as well as dental and life insurance for IPMers and their family members. We also offer employee referral incentives up to $10,000 and business development referral incentives up to 3% of first year’s gross revenue.

Work-Life Balance: IPM’s objective is to provide flexibility to enhance control over work and life, thereby enhancing an allegiance to the Company. Our goal is to deliver optimal services while being mindful to personal and professional challenges faced by our employees. Flexibility is possible without compromise to our services, and in these cases, the IPMer and his/her supervisor may agree on an alternative work location.

Educational Assistance: We strongly believe in the importance of continuing education and reimburse tuition costs up to $15,000 per calendar year.

Your IPM Future

We’re passionate about our people reaching their full potential and their personal and professional aspirations.

We believe development must be well-structured and optimized by molding the wisdom of experience with the energy of ambition.

We selectively recruit, train, and develop our people with strong interpersonal skills to complement their solid business and technical acumen. We bring together world class talent, from diverse disciplines and backgrounds, all while providing a unique and family-oriented environment that stimulates learning and career growth.

What to expect at IPM:
IPMers receive ongoing education from our full-time, internal trainers, and attend industry conferences and training to maintain current on evolving best practices. Our training and development hours average more hours per year/per person than most Fortune 500 companies.

Training and education at IPM is driven by our Knowledge and Process Management (KPM) team. KPM evolved as a department to provide our people with continuous education on best practices and employee development.

Your Career Path at IPM:

All incoming consultants, either Project Management Associates (PMAs) or Project Management Consultants (PMCs), have years of experience in at least one of the industries we serve and have lead projects or teams. All other roles within our consulting division are internal promotions.

We strongly believe in rewarding loyalty and promoting our people from within, as all of our operations positions are filled from internal candidates. To see what your career path could look like at IPM, follow the Project Management Career Path map, above.

Project Mercy

At IPM, we understand the social impact and responsibility we have to the economic and societal future of this country. We do this to preserve the positive elements of free enterprise and extend a helping hand to those in need.

Giving back is a core principle of Our Mission & Beliefs, the ideals we live by every day. Through our philanthropic program, Integrated Project Mercy, IPMers dedicate their time and talents to their communities while strengthening their relationships with each other.

Each of IPM’s seven offices selects a different charity to support every quarter, generally focusing on children, education, or the underprivileged. Through these efforts, IPM and its employees have raised over $450,000, while contributing hundreds of hours to help those in need.
