They are looking for a Communications Designer for Social Media to join the Communications Design team and take full ownership of visual content across social media and digital channels.
Create visual content for the company's social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X)
Design graphics for blog posts and communication materials: illustrations, diagrams, and infographics
Produce advertising creatives: banners and promo materials, adapted for different platforms and formats
Create video and motion content for social media: short videos, animations, and video styling
Maintain and develop visual guidelines: ensure consistency, create templates and guides
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and PR teams — working from briefs, aligning on solutions, iterating and making revisions within deadlines
Work with external contractors: prepare briefs, support execution, and ensure quality
Cover projects across Nebius social accounts, Nebius.com, and Token Factory
5+ years of experience in design with a focus on social media content, preferably with a B2B product
A strong portfolio with relevant examples: social media visuals, content design, ad creatives, and video/motion work
Proficiency in Figma (primary tool), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and CapCut
Hands-on experience with AI tools: Midjourney, Recraft, Higgsfield
Ability to work with complex technical topics — translating abstract AI/cloud concepts into clear, visually engaging content
Deep knowledge of social media trends, memes, and cultural context
Initiative and a proactive communication style — you drive projects fully
Fluent English with experience creating content for the US market
Experience working in technology companies, especially in AI or cloud infrastructure
Experience working with analytics and performance metrics, adapting visuals based on results
Ability to optimize processes: building templates, automating routine tasks, and quickly adapting materials
A personal creative project or brand you actively develop
Compensation: $185K–$225K OTE + quarterly bonuses + equity
