JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations with a primary focus on order fulfillment, FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) pallet preparation, and WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) shipment processing. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness across all warehouse outbound operations while leading, supporting and directing warehouse staff to meet performance and service-level targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Execution
Lead, train, and direct warehouse staff responsible for picking, packing, and shipping marketplace orders
Set daily priorities and ensure team alignment with order volume and shipment deadlines
Monitor productivity and accuracy, providing coaching and performance feedback
Maintain a strong culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Order Fulfillment (DTC & Marketplace)
Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and direct website orders
Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and implement corrective actions quickly
FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon/Walmart) Operations
Manage the preparation and shipment of FBA/WFS pallets in accordance with Amazon requirements
Ensure labeling, carton content accuracy, pallet configuration, and compliance standards are met
Coordinate shipment scheduling and carrier pickups
Minimize chargebacks, errors, and delays through strict quality control
Inventory
Partner with inventory and purchasing teams to ensure proper stock levels for fulfillment and FBA/WFS shipments
Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase throughput and reduce costs

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 3 or more years of related experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
