Your Role
As a Marketing Intern in Gensler’s Los Angeles office, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.
This is a full-time program running from June 2 through August 7, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program.
What You Will Do
Be directly involved with content creation and gain insight into marketing strategy.
Work with Marketing Specialists to create resumes, case stories, qualifications packages, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Assist with graphic design tasks, including layout and visual storytelling.
Track marketing metrics and navigate the firm’s information management tools.
Collaborate with designers and architects to develop compelling narratives for projects across multiple industries.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media content and visual assets.
Explore AI-powered tools for marketing automation, data analysis, and personalized content generation.
Your Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Completed at least your second year of study; this is not for recent graduates.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe InDesign required; proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
Strong command of grammar and excellent written communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
Interest in emerging technologies, AI-driven marketing tools, and digital storytelling.
Your Additional Characteristics
Skills in photography, video production or editing, CRM software, and other marketing-related areas are a plus.
Ability to balance multiple projects with high attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
A bold thinker with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
