- Proven Apex development (classes, triggers, batch, async processing)
- Strong Lightning Web Components (LWC) expertise
- Advanced Salesforce Flows and declarative automation skills
- Hands-on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud experience
- API/integration experience (REST/SOAP, middleware exposure)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model and platform architecture
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD (Gearset, Git, Jenkins, etc.)
- Consulting or professional services experience and client-facing communication
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript and Apex
- Configure declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, record types, custom objects, layouts)
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and web services
- Create and run unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and platform stability
- Implement and manage Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD, sharing rules)
- Support data migration and updates using Data Loader/Workbench and perform data validation
- Participate in client-facing discussions and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
- Support code promotion and deployments using Gearset, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain documentation and time tracking per project requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, SCA) strongly preferred
