Working at Flexport was a fantastic experience overall, but it wasn't without its challenges. The fast-paced environment could be intense, and juggling multiple projects sometimes got overwhelming. There were also occasional long hours, especially when tackling big deadlines. However, these challenges pushed me to grow and learn quickly, and the supportive team culture made even the toughest days manageable.
