Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end global commercial supply chain strategy from drug substance through finished drug product.
- Provide leadership for commercial supplier oversight and manage contract manufacturing and packaging partners.
- Develop and maintain inventory, demand and supply planning across raw materials, drug substance, drug product and finished goods.
- Establish commercial supply agreements and coordinate forecasting and capacity with external manufacturers.
- Select and oversee third-party logistics providers in partnership with Trade and Distribution.
- Implement serialization and DSCSA-compliant distribution processes across the supply network.
- Drive ERP/process improvements and integrate systems to support commercial product supply and launches.
- Develop risk mitigation and business continuity strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in science or business required
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
- 12+ years of relevant pharmaceutical supply chain experience
