We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas and polished visuals to life for our corporate marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaboration, and has a passion for turning concepts into compelling designs that make an impact.
As a key member of our Strategic Communications group, you’ll work closely with the Director of Strategic Communications, the Strategic Marketing team, and other stakeholders across the company. You’ll balance creativity with precision, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
What You’ll Do
· Design high-quality graphics for marketing collateral, advertising, displays, and internal communications.
· Think creatively to develop fresh concepts, layouts, and visuals that align with brand guidelines.
· Prepare and present design drafts, incorporating feedback to deliver final, approved materials.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing colleagues to ensure messaging is visually impactful.
· Support corporate events with engaging graphic materials.
What We’re Looking For
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
· Ability to take creative direction and transform ideas into finished content.
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

· Positive attitude and professional presence.
· Accredited degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Professional experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
· 6+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Express).
· Proficiency creating social media graphics.
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint for presentation design.
· Solid understanding of design principles and branding—typography, layout, color theory, and visual standards.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
· Familiarity with Windows operating system.
· Experience in architecture/engineering/construction industries or professional services marketing (preferred).
· Experience with motion graphics/animation and interactive media (desirable).
· Working knowledge of website design and development (desirable).
· Flexibility to work occasional hours outside normal business schedule to meet deadlines.
