The Order Processing Specialist at Committee for Children manages the processing of SaaS subscriptions and physical product orders while ensuring data accuracy and timely service delivery.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing the order inbox, processing orders, validating data, coordinating escalations, and supporting warehouse operations as needed.
Skills: Strong critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (preferably NetSuite and 360 Billing), and proficiency in Excel are required.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Location: This role is hybrid requiring 2-3 onsite days per month in Seattle or Tukwila, WA.
Compensation: $24 - $26 / Hourly

The hiring range for this position is $24.00-26.50/hr. The pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
