Skills
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Experience with Adobe Premiere or comparable video editing tools
- Motion graphics and short-form video creation skills
- Familiarity with 2D and 3D animation techniques
- Knowledge of print production and four-color process; preparing print-ready files
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Google Slides for global templates
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with vendors
- Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, product, scientific writers, and regional managers to define project scope and deliverables
- Manage end-to-end design projects with minimal supervision and coordinate multiple timelines
- Design motion graphics, animated elements, and short-form video optimized for social and digital advertising
- Create and curate iconography, illustrations, and photographic imagery for digital and print
- Act as brand steward to ensure consistency with corporate style guide and maintain templates
- Conceptualize and design physical product packaging and ensure regulatory alignment
- Prepare print-ready files and support press checks
- Maintain and adapt assets for various formats, channels, and global regions; support implementation
- Research design best practices and recommend optimizations to improve campaign performance
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
