Skills
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and managing design systems
- Strong visual design fundamentals: color, typography, layout
- Interaction design and prototyping skills for web, responsive, and native interfaces
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) applied to interaction and visual design
- Ability to create developer-ready deliverables and support build process
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
- Experience conducting usability sessions and structured critique
Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery alongside Product Consultants, contributing design perspective to research and stakeholder conversations
- Produce wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and polished interactive prototypes to validate direction
- Design and evolve design systems, components, and interaction patterns across products and releases
- Prepare detailed deliverables for developer handoff (redlines, annotations, specs) and support implementation
- Apply structured critique and service design tools (heuristic review, journey maps, blueprints) to identify gaps and prioritize improvements
- Present and defend design decisions to peers, stakeholders, and development teams
- Front-load design input before sprint planning to reduce development churn and build with confidence
Education
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent practical experience
