Full Stack Developer

The Opportunity:
As a full-stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. We’re looking for a developer like you with an appetite for learning and the skills needed to develop software and systems from vision to production ready.
 

This role is more than just coding. As a full-stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify the needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.

You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Work with us as we shape systems for the better. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications

• Experience with C# and .NET for back-end development and Typescript and React for front-end development

• Experience with Python for scripting

• Experience with SQL databases

• Experience working in a cloud environment such as AWS

• Experience using Git for source control and versioning

• Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices and CI/CD technologies

• Knowledge of NoSQL technologies

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support day-to-day debugging or refactoring

• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment

• Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization

• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance

• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
