  • Provide governance and risk oversight for procurement contracts by defining escalation criteria and advising on non-standard, high-risk, or complex agreements.
  • Establish and enforce enterprise contract risk frameworks, including liability, indemnification, insurance, performance terms, and financial and operational risk considerations.
  • Ensure contract compliance with applicable healthcare regulations by partnering with Legal to incorporate requirements such as Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA into contracting practices.
  • Integrate cybersecurity and data protection requirements into contract standards by collaborating with IT and security teams to address third-party risk and data privacy.
  • Oversee enterprise contract templates, clause libraries, and standard language to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with legal and operational requirements.
  • Lead CLM system implementation and optimization efforts, including performance monitoring, audit readiness, and continuous improvement to enhance cycle time, workflow efficiency, and transparency.
  • Serve as the enterprise contracting subject matter expert and strategic partner by collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align contract practices with organizational priorities.
