- Advanced financial modeling and valuation for complex deal structures
- Proven M&A execution experience, including due diligence and transaction structuring
- Experience in investor relations, capital raises, or capital markets strategy
- Demonstrated ability to build or implement AI-assisted workflows and internal tools
- Strong executive-level written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills to drive multiple complex work streams
- Comfort operating in cross-border transactions and engaging global investors
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute M&A processes from origination through close, including target identification, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, deal structuring, and negotiation support
- Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments with scenario analysis and milestone-based equity structures
- Manage investor relations workflows, maintain investor CRM, prepare executive briefing materials, and coordinate outreach to institutional investors
- Draft investor-facing materials, board presentations, and internal investment memos that distill complex strategic and financial information
- Serve as a point of contact for external advisors (legal, bankers, consultants) and ensure deliverables and timelines are met
- Support pre-IPO capital markets readiness, including cap table management and investor allocation strategy
- Develop and maintain internal tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to scale corp dev and IR operations
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering to evaluate strategic opportunities and support integration planning
- Conduct ad-hoc strategic analyses and support the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership on priority initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
