- Deep Oracle Cloud Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting experience
- Strong manufacturing financials knowledge (WIP, LCM, Receipt Accruals)
- Experience writing SQL for reconciliation and using OTBI for financial reporting
- Practical understanding of ERP integrations with MES, WMS, CRM
- Familiarity with government contracting accounting (DCAA, FAR, CAS)
- Systems thinking to map physical supply chains into digital accounting structures
- Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and administration of Oracle Cloud Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules, including cost books and valuation methods.
- Own sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliation and resolve variances (RBNI) with automated reporting.
- Investigate and remediate stuck transactions, costing errors, and interfaces between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS (MES/WMS).
- Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components to ensure accurate COGS and inventory valuation.
- Configure systems and processes to meet DCAA, CAS and GAAP auditability requirements for cost-plus and fixed-price contracts.
- Assess quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, perform regression testing on costing flows, and manage release impacts.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align physical receiving workflows with ERP accounting events.
- Provide technical and process support for audits and compliance reviews.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Relevant certifications or training in Oracle Cloud, accounting, or ERP systems preferred
