Financial Reporting Architect
Skills
- Deep experience with Oracle EPM suite (planning, reporting, narrative)
- ETL design and integrations using FDMEE and EPM Automate
- SQL proficiency for data extraction and validation
- Advanced Excel including Power Query and SmartView
- Power BI dashboarding and reporting
- Experience integrating EPM with Workiva
- Knowledge of HFM, FCCS, or EDMCS a plus
- Strong documentation and end-user training skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Corporate Operations and Accounting to build reporting for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans
- Design and implement ETL processes to integrate multiple source systems into Oracle EPM
- Develop and maintain Oracle Narrative Reporting, Financial Reporting Studio, and SmartView artifacts
- Automate data loads using Data Management and EPM Automate tools
- Support day-to-day maintenance of reporting hierarchies and EPM data models
- Create dashboards and management reporting using EPM hierarchies and Power BI
- Integrate EPM data models with Workiva to support management and external reporting
- Standardize end-user training and maintain documentation for EPM reporting and processes
- Develop analytics and automations to generate insights into business trends and performance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Systems is a plus
