Skills
- Deep knowledge of large language models and their practical application in systems
- Strong expertise in reinforcement learning for autonomous systems
- Proven track record shipping products end-to-end from research to deployed systems
- Experience with simulation and/or real-world validation for autonomous vehicles
- Proficiency in Python; familiarity with C/C++ beneficial
- Experience with multi-modal sensor processing (camera, LiDAR, radar) and sensor fusion
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, model versioning, and reproducible pipelines
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Design and implement deep learning and reinforcement learning algorithms for perception, prediction, and decision-making.
- Architect and develop integrated agentic AI models to support end-user autonomous workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move research prototypes into production-ready systems and validate in simulation and real-world platforms.
- Conduct research experiments, iterate on architectures and RL strategies, and evaluate performance with quantitative metrics.
- Build scalable training and evaluation pipelines using real-world and synthetic data to improve model robustness and generalization.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
