Skills
- Proven experience building production full-stack systems
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, asynchronicity, distributed systems)
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, Java, and modern front-end frameworks (React or Vue.js)
- Familiarity with GraphQL and TypeScript toolchains
- Practical experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and feature-flag driven releases
- Ability to collaborate with ML teams to embed AI into product experiences
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy reliable full‑stack features across backend services and frontend components.
- Collaborate with product, design, and ML teams to architect solutions for the AI Interviewer and expert call workflows.
- Integrate and maintain third‑party data sources and telephony/provider integrations.
- Build tools and automation to improve engineering productivity (e.g., GraphQL-to-TypeScript tooling, CI/CD pipelines).
- Own projects end-to-end, from design and implementation to monitoring and iteration.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to other engineers and participate in code reviews.
- Operate in a fast deployment environment using feature flags and frequent releases.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) is a plus but not required
