The Allegis Global Solutions marketing team is seeking a graphic designer with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to support internal and external projects. The graphic designer will design and produce a variety of print and digital assets including but not limited to corporate collateral, white papers, social media graphics, digital ads, and motion graphics. Other projects will include brand identities and guides, visual look and feel for digital platforms, and branding event environments.
The Allegis Global Solutions marketing team has a unique opportunity to define, clarify and elevate three brands in the marketplace. What You’ll Do:
Design compelling, on‑brand creative assets that support global and regional marketing initiatives, including campaign visuals, social media graphics, digital ads, event assets, and marketing collateral.
Translate creative briefs, messaging, and brand guidelines into clear, visually engaging designs (print, digital and video) that meet project goals and deadlines.
Partner with marketing, communications and business stakeholders to ensure visuals align with messaging, channel best practices, and audience intent.
Apply and help maintain brand standards across all deliverables, ensuring consistency and quality at scale.
Iterate on designs based on feedback while maintaining strong attention to detail and design integrity.
Support ongoing creative needs for always‑on channels such as social media, email, and web, as well as priority campaigns and events.
Organize, manage, and version creative assets to support reuse and efficiency across teams.
Assist in online platform designs, including intranet websites, corporate website and custom landing pages.
Stay current on industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Interactive design or related field. 
2-4 years of experience in graphic design in a professional environment. 
A strong design portfolio demonstrating concept development, visual design, and execution across digital and marketing channels
Exceptional visual style and understanding of typography, layout, color and images. 
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with expert knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
MAC and PC proficient. 
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.  
Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills. 
Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identities
Brand development experience preferred
Develop easy to understand layouts from complex content 
Experience with HTML and CSS
Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions. 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
Expert knowledge in graphic production process. 
Work well with tight deadlines individually or in a team environment. 
Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. 
Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $58,000 - $88,000 + bonus potential of up to $5,000.
