The AI Education Project is seeking a Marketing & Communications Lead to drive their marketing strategies and content development in a fully remote role, with occasional travel within the United States.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include executing marketing strategies, overseeing content development projects, collaborating with partners, managing media relations, and assessing marketing effectiveness through detailed reports.
Skills: The role requires at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, excellent communication skills, experience in multi-channel campaigns, project management abilities, and knowledge of AI's impact on education.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include proficiency with marketing tools, a strong strategic mindset, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Location: Fully remote; up to 15% travel within the United States may be required.
Compensation: $105000 - $115000 / Annually
The AI Education Project (aiEDU) is a non-profit devoted to making sure that all students are ready to live, work and thrive in a world where AI is everywhere. We work with education systems to advance AI literacy and AI readiness through high quality curriculum, professional development, and strategic partnerships with states, school districts, and other systems.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing & Communications Lead at aiEDU will play a pivotal role in executing the organization's marketing and communications strategies, workstreams, and content development efforts. Core responsibilities include developing marketing materials, overseeing content development projects, and project managing complex workstreams. This role also includes collaborating with aiEDU's funders and partners to align marketing, communications, and content strategies.
A significant facet of this role involves organization-wide MarCom alignment , from developing on-brand materials for presentations and meetings to supporting other teams at aiEDU with MarCom best practices.
The Marketing & Communications Lead will assess the effectiveness of our marketing and communications strategies using detailed activity reports, ensuring optimal performance across various channels. This role is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and creative marketer who can shape and amplify aiEDU's narrative and impact.
