Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM process design
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with BI/reporting tools
- Experience with lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, and attribution frameworks
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot) and lead enrichment tools
- Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver cross-functional projects
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize merchant top-of-funnel lifecycle processes from marketing touch to discovery handoff with emphasis on automation and data quality
- Define and own lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies; coordinate implementation with Business Systems
- Manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, aligning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Analytics and other stakeholders
- Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis to surface actionable insights for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel teams
- Build and maintain workflow automations (Slack alerts, cross-tool workflows, process triggers) to speed lead response and reduce manual tasks
- Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling and ensure data integrity at funnel entry
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on process and tooling changes
Education
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
