Job Title: Target.com Specialist
Job Type: Full-time / Remote
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (US business hours preferred)
We’re helping our client find a Target.com Specialist to own the optimization and performance of product listings on Target.com, with a strong focus on On-Platform Optimization (OPO) for Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and management of Roundel retail media campaigns.
In this role, you will be responsible for improving product discoverability, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance through a combination of organic PDP optimisation and paid media execution, while contributing to revenue growth within the Target retail ecosystem.
This is a performance-driven role suited for someone with deep experience in retail media, marketplace optimisation, and data-led eCommerce growth.
Target.com PDP Optimization (OPO)
● Own and optimise Product Detail Pages (PDPs) on Target.com
● Improve titles, descriptions, bullets, backend attributes, and taxonomy alignment
● Increase keyword relevance and search ranking performance
● Identify and fix content gaps impacting visibility and conversion
Digital Shelf Performance
● Monitor search ranking, discoverability, and conversion performance
● Maintain catalog accuracy and attribute completeness
● Analyse competitor listings and implement improvements
● Support new product launches and assortment readiness
Roundel Advertising Management
● Plan, launch, and optimise Roundel campaigns
● Manage keywords, targeting, budgets, and campaign pacing
● Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics
● Conduct A/B testing across creatives and targeting strategies
Performance Analysis
● Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights
● Identify growth opportunities through marketplace data
● Support forecasting and promotional planning
● 2+ years experience in Target.com, retail media, or marketplace optimisation roles
● Strong hands-on experience with PDP optimisation and digital shelf management
● Experience managing retail media campaigns (e.g., Roundel or similar platforms)
● Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate)
● Experience working inside vendor or marketplace platforms
● Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
● Exposure to SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimisation tools
● Experience working in fast-paced eCommerce or retail brands
● Strong analytical or Excel/data reporting skills
