Position Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who thrives at the intersection of creativity, speed, and data. This is not a traditional editing role. You will be responsible for producing high-converting, direct response video ads that drive measurable growth across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll own the full creative cycle: from ideation and scripting to editing, testing, and iteration. You operate with a performance-first mindset, understanding that great creative is not just visually appealing, but engineered to convert. You know how to craft strong hooks, structure narratives for retention, and continuously optimize based on real-time performance data. You’ll work closely with growth and marketing teams to launch and iterate on creatives rapidly, while leveraging AI tools to scale production without compromising quality. If you’re someone who can produce high volumes of creative, test aggressively, and consistently find winning ads, this role is for you.
