- Familiarity with K-12/state enrollment rules and regulations
- Ability to travel occasionally for training and events
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and support to prospective and current families via phone, email, and text
- Respond to inbound inquiries and make daily outbound calls to engage interested families
- Conduct phone/video appointments to assess student needs and fit with school programs
- Schedule school tours and enrollment appointments for prospective families
- Provide accurate information on registration requirements, programs, and enrollment procedures
- Document all family and student interactions in the CRM system
- Assist with re-enrollment processes and new employee training/onboarding for the enrollment team
- Serve as initial point of contact for enrollment and registration activities within assigned region
- Support enrollment events, school registration activities, and community partnership development
- Ensure activities comply with applicable state rules and regulations
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to identify cross-promotional opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field preferred
