Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close: prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts in compliance with US GAAP
- Maintain and monitor the general ledger with focus on revenue recognition and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with Billing & Collections on invoicing and payment issue resolution
- Prepare fluctuation analyses for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting
- Support preparation for financial audits and respond to external auditor queries
- Contribute to development and documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Work with cross-functional teams to obtain information, resolve issues, and support ad hoc projects
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA eligibility or certification preferred
