Responsibilities
- Support commercial real estate and property management activities under staff supervision
- Conduct research and market analysis to support economic development projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for department staff
- Participate in weekly professional development sessions and trainings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend relevant meetings
- Assist with site visits, property inspections, and documentation as needed
Education
- Currently enrolled in Texas Christian University or Texas Tech University Real Estate Management degree or certificate programs (priority placement)
- Students or recent graduates (within last 6 months) with major coursework in real estate, urban planning, public administration, finance, business, or related fields
- Vocational specialization or Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate from an accredited institution in a related field
