Remote Accountant - Netsuite (Part-Time)
Skills
- Full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close)
- Hands-on NetSuite or QuickBooks transactional accounting experience
- Client relationship management and multi-client service delivery
- Comfort adopting cloud-based accounting technology and documented workflows
- Strong confidentiality and data-handling practices
Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting services for multiple client engagements (AR, AP, month-end close).
- Perform month-end reconciliations, prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
- Support client onboarding and configuration of accounting software (NetSuite and/or QuickBooks).
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and communicate proactively to ensure client delight.
- Document and follow internal workflows and processes; adhere to budget and time parameters.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or efficiency improvements to managers.
- Participate in regular team and one-on-one video check-ins and embrace coaching/feedback.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (minimum)
